The Aignep MIST FIT series are connectors for oil mist systems from the Push-In range. The tube is pushed into the connector by hand, with no tools; a toothed ring holds it and an O-ring seals it.
The series covers all the usual shapes: straight and angled connectors for joining tube to a thread, T and Y connectors for branching, cross connectors for distribution to three sides, couplings for extending tube, reducers for a transition between diameters and plugs for closing off unused ports.
The connector is chosen according to the outside diameter of the tube and the thread size on the machine. The wrong combination is the most common cause of leaks, and every leak works 24 hours a day and is paid for through the compressor’s running.
