Where the losses arise

From measurement to report
Once the compressed air consumption has been measured, software processing gives us a graphical and tabular presentation of the measured data with the values transparently set out.

Idle run
One aim of every compressor user is to reduce the unit’s idle running, since that function consumes 30% of the electricity while giving no benefit in return — a compressor running idle delivers no compressed air, it merely keeps the unit on standby. Idle running is not the only parameter to watch: start-up time, the number of electric motor starts and the range of variable-speed units matter too.
