Push-In connectors are joined by simply pushing the tube into the connector — with no tools, no nut and no additional parts. A toothed ring holds the tube and an O-ring in the connector body seals it.
Fitting is the fastest of any type, and the joint is released by pressing the release ring. That makes them the standard solution on automated lines, where the pneumatics are often altered and extended.
The series differ by material and purpose: standard metal series (50000, 55000, 56000, 57000, 58000), 60000 stainless steel for aggressive media, Foods & Drinks for the food industry, 85000 and 89000 in inch sizes, 40000V for vacuum and MIST FIT for oil mist systems.
