The 60000 Series is stainless steel, for aggressive media, from the Aignep Push-In Fittings range. The tube is pushed into the connector by hand, with no tools; a toothed ring holds it and an O-ring seals it.
The stainless steel version is intended for aggressive media, damp spaces and applications requiring a hygienic design, where brass would not last or is not permitted.
The connector is chosen according to the outside diameter of the tube and the thread size on the machine. The wrong combination is the most common cause of leaks, and every leak works 24 hours a day and is paid for through the compressor’s running.
