Airtelligence plus is a master controller for multi-machine compressor stations, including combinations of variable-speed machines and machines of different sizes.
The controller selects the combination of machines that covers current demand with the lowest energy consumption, and keeps a record of operating hours per unit.
The level of control is chosen according to the number of machines in the station and the nature of the consumption. In stations with two or more machines a master controller is one of the measures with the shortest payback, since it narrows the working pressure band and removes idle running.
