Base control is an entry-level controller for compressor operation, showing the basic parameters and providing protective functions.
It is used on machines that need reliable basic control without additional monitoring functions.
The level of control is chosen according to the number of machines in the station and the nature of the consumption. In stations with two or more machines a master controller is one of the measures with the shortest payback, since it narrows the working pressure band and removes idle running.
