Airstatus is a remote monitoring system: equipment status, alarms and operating parameters are available off site, with notifications when values deviate.
The solution shortens the response time to a fault and allows service to be planned on the machine's actual condition rather than the calendar.
The level of control is chosen according to the number of machines in the station and the nature of the consumption. In stations with two or more machines a master controller is one of the measures with the shortest payback, since it narrows the working pressure band and removes idle running.
