Air screwdrivers from the ABAC range — controlled tightening. The tool runs at a lower pressure than the network, so an air preparation unit with a filter and regulator at the workstation is essential.
Impact and screwdriving tools are the hardest-worked part of the pneumatic range and the most sensitive to air quality — moisture and particles shorten their life fastest.
The range includes bits, quick couplings and hoses alongside the tools, as well as spare parts for routine maintenance. A hose reel at the workstation keeps the hose above the floor and extends its life several times over.
When selecting tools we also look at the air flow rate required: too many tools on an undersized installation leads to a pressure drop and slow working, with no obvious cause.
