Grinders from the ABAC range — surface finishing and preparation. The tool runs at a lower pressure than the network, so an air preparation unit with a filter and regulator at the workstation is essential.
Grinders are among the most demanding users in terms of air flow, so when sizing an installation the number of tools running at the same time is taken into account, not their total number.
The range includes bits, quick couplings and hoses alongside the tools, as well as spare parts for routine maintenance. A hose reel at the workstation keeps the hose above the floor and extends its life several times over.
When selecting tools we also look at the air flow rate required: too many tools on an undersized installation leads to a pressure drop and slow working, with no obvious cause.
