Spray guns from the ABAC range — applying paint and lacquer. The tool runs at a lower pressure than the network, so an air preparation unit with a filter and regulator at the workstation is essential.
For spray guns, air quality is not only a matter of tool life but of the finish itself — a drop of water or a trace of oil in the line shows on a painted surface. For these applications we recommend additional activated carbon filtration and a dryer with a lower dew point.
The range includes bits, quick couplings and hoses alongside the tools, as well as spare parts for routine maintenance. A hose reel at the workstation keeps the hose above the floor and extends its life several times over.
When selecting tools we also look at the air flow rate required: too many tools on an undersized installation leads to a pressure drop and slow working, with no obvious cause.
