The MDH 420 is a for extremely high pressure for a working pressure of 420 bar. It measures the pressure drop across the filter element and shows when it needs replacing, instead of replacing it to a calendar.
The high-pressure version has a housing and connections sized to the pressure class, with the same pressure drop monitoring function.
Timely element replacement keeps the pressure drop within design limits. Every additional bar of pressure drop in the line means measurably higher energy consumption at the compressor.
Indicators can be retrofitted to existing housings from our range, with a model recommendation based on the filter type and working pressure.
