Compressed air is one of the most common but also one of the most expensive sources of energy in industry. A good, energy-efficient air compressor is undoubtedly the most important component of any compressed air system, but without suitable treatment and measuring equipment it is not possible to deliver good, inexpensive compressed air.

Stable product quality, process optimisation and energy savings are just some of the reasons measuring equipment is becoming an essential part of today’s compressed air and gas systems. The type and number of sensors depend on the particular application, but the most common are pressure, flow and condensation temperature sensors.

Without measurement there is no managing consumption — meters provide the data on which any serious efficiency analysis rests. Measuring equipment is also the basis of our expert analyses: from the measured consumption profile we propose specific measures and an estimate of the savings.
