The Aignep 440 Series from the Quick Couplings for Molding Cooling range. Mould cooling couplings work with water and temperature-controlled media, with a full bore and seals resistant to elevated temperatures.
Mould cooling couplings are used on temperature control units and plastic injection moulds, where the medium is not air but water or thermal oil at an elevated temperature.
The coupling profile must match the equipment being connected. To replace existing ones a photograph or part number is enough — we will identify the profile and propose the right series.
The quality of the seal has a direct effect on the energy bill: a leaking coupling works 24 hours a day and is paid for through the compressor’s running. We keep the most common items in stock in Šimanovci.
