The Imperium inverter is designed for compressed-air applications, making the compressor less sensitive to dust and heat. The electronics are housed in an IP5X enclosure with a fan-cooled heatsink.
The gear-type oil pump is integrated into the main shaft. While the motor is running, it generates oil pressure that is supplied to the bearings; in the event of a power failure, the pump continues to operate as the motor rotates at a lower speed.
The Airlogic controller enables full monitoring and control. Data is analysed in the cloud, helping with service planning, fault prediction and assessment of machine condition.
