Roll Major is the industrial version of the compressed air hose reel — greater hose lengths, industrial use.
The reel keeps the hose above the working surface, so it is not trodden on, kinked or caught on equipment. Hose life is thereby extended several times over and the workstation stays clear.
The hose length is chosen according to the reach of the workstation, with an allowance for the operator’s movement. A hose that is too long drags needlessly across the floor, one that is too short restricts the work.
A connection point on the distribution system is planned together with the reel, with a quick coupling and an air preparation unit to suit the load.
