Description
Oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps are the most widespread technology for rough and medium vacuum. The oil seals the clearances, lubricates the vanes and carries away heat, which allows a high compression ratio and a stable ultimate pressure.
Characteristics
- High compression ratio
- Stable ultimate pressure
- Good water vapour tolerance with gas ballast
- Single-stage and two-stage versions
Choosing a solution
To propose a specific pump or system we need the operating parameters: the required vacuum level, pumping speed, gas composition and duty cycle. Our team will recommend a model, accessories and a maintenance plan, together with the manufacturer’s available technical documentation.
