Transformer drying systems

Transformer drying systems — the use of vacuum in this process, with PVR pumps and systems selected to the required vacuum level, pumping speed and duty cycle.

All PVR products relating to the electronics industry — transformer drying, motor or transformer impregnation, the construction of lamps and bulbs, the semiconductor industry, solar panels and LCD panels.

For this application we start from the required ultimate pressure and evacuation time, the volume being evacuated and the number of cycles per shift. The technology is then determined — oil-sealed, dry claw, screw or diaphragm — along with the pump size and the accessories for filtration and control.
