Gamma Vacuum specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of ion and titanium sublimation pumps, as well as NEG pumps and combinations of them, serving clients in a range of scientific applications including research and development and high-energy physics.
The company provides solutions for any UHV application, consisting of ion pumps, non-evaporable getter (NEG) pumps, titanium sublimation pumps (TSP) and their matching controllers. All equipment, including the necessary high-voltage or high-current cables, is manufactured at Gamma Vacuum, Shakopee, USA.
Gamma Vacuum also supplies pump combinations such as ion pumps with integrated NEG pumps. Its electronics department develops and manufactures the widest range of controllers, from smart controllers that can run ion pumps and fit easily in your pocket to powerful controllers that can run several ion pumps that would not fit in your car. Alongside its standard products, Gamma Vacuum customises extensively.

Digital ion pump controllers
