Omega Air XS 2.5/90 is an oil-free low-noise piston compressor from the XS series. The compression chamber runs without lubrication, so the outlet air contains no oil mist, and the enclosure is built with a reduced noise level.
A 90-litre receiver covers peak demand and reduces the number of machine starts, extending the life of the electric motor and the piston assembly.
This version has a power rating of 2.5 kW. The model is chosen according to the flow rate needed and the nature of the demand — with cyclic loads a larger receiver directly reduces wear on the machine.
The absence of oil removes the cost of buying and disposing of compressor oil, as well as the obligation to treat condensate before discharge to the sewer.
