The IES ALD 24-2-D is an oil-free piston compressor from the ALD series — the compression chamber runs without lubrication, so the outlet air contains not even traces of oil and meets purity class 0.
The version with an adsorption dryer delivers not only oil-free air but air without unwanted moisture — dried to a dew point of −20 °C or −40 °C, as the application requires.
Two compressor units run alternately and cover higher consumption at peak hours, and if one unit fails the other keeps the practice or laboratory running.
The model is chosen according to the number of workstations and the dew point required. For dental practices and laboratories we recommend sizing with a margin, so that pressure does not fall during peak hours.
