Omega Air · HP-DRY · za pritiske do 50, 100, 250 i 400 bar
bar
Operation alternates: while one column dries, the other regenerates. The regeneration method directly determines how much air or energy the dryer consumes, which makes it the most important criterion when selecting a series.
A pre-filter, which protects the adsorbent from oil, and an after-filter, which retains dust from the adsorbent bed, are both mandatory. Without them the adsorbent is quickly consumed and dust carries over into the network.
Sizing follows the air flow rate and the required dew point. Demanding a lower dew point increases regeneration consumption, so it should be set to the real requirement of the process rather than with a safety margin.
