TGR thermal chillers for injection moulding. An environmentally friendly solution developed specifically for injection moulding. A water-cooled thermal chiller with integrated free cooling, available in a one- or two-zone configuration.
The TGR thermal chiller provides precise mould temperature control and optimises the cooling cycle time. It uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R513A and is equipped with integrated free cooling for maximum energy saving. It is available in a one- or two-zone configuration, with high-flow P4 (standard) or P6 (optional) pumps. Each zone is temperature-controlled by a three-way valve and a heater.
The system offers high efficiency, reliability and environmental sustainability, making it an ideal solution for demanding industrial applications such as injection moulding.
